A little peek behind the scenes at Mr Wendles Perfect Imperfection

This time of year always feels a bit like juggling creativity, candles, and cups of tea all at once. The workspace is full of half-finished ideas, candles cooling on the side, fragrance oils waiting their turn, and a notebook full of scribbled thoughts that made sense at the time.

Some days run smoothly. Other days involve wax not quite behaving, labels needing redoing, or me standing there wondering where I put the thing I literally had in my hand two minutes ago.

But that’s the real side of a handmade business that people don’t often see. The testing, the small adjustments, the moments where something doesn’t quite work… and then suddenly it does.

Right now, there’s a lot quietly happening in the background. New ideas are being tried, preparations are underway, and plans are slowly taking shape for the months ahead.

It’s not always perfect, and honestly, it’s a bit messy at times… but that’s also where the heart of Mr Wendles Perfect Imperfection lives.
